Pricing for Simple Florida Weddings

Pricing is Simple:
All packages include the Telephone Consultation , Ceremony and Filing your Documents, tax and
shipping of your cd.
$110 - Elopement Ceremony
$220 - Ceremony and 20 Photos*
$330 - Ceremony and 30 Photos
$440 - Ceremony and 40 Photos
$550 - Cereomony and 50 Photos
*Photos are professional fully retouched high
resolution digital files, supplied on a CD.

Once you have confirmed our availability, for your Wedding Date, we will need a Deposit, to reserve
that date.To make a Deposit or Prepayment, use the drop-down menu to select, then click on the
"Pay Now" Button Below --
All payments are non-refundable, but if you give us a 7-day notice of cancellation your payment may
be applied to your wedding on a future date, if we are available.

Add-Ons:

For Bi-Lingual Ceremonies please add: $55
For Holidays please add: $150

Please note: The time allotments, for our ceremonies are liberal, to allow for normal things that
can slow things down. That said, if the time runs over due to the couple or party being late,
there will be a $25 charge for each 15 minutes past the allotted time.
We often schedule more than one ceremony, in a day and it's not fair for one couple hold up
another one. In the extreme case, if your time does run into someone elses, your ceremony will have to be postponed.
Also, our ceremonies do not include a formal rehearsal, but we will be happy to arrive 30
minutes early and do a run-through, at no extra charge.
All the above packages include a basic ceremony which can include one extra
such as the Unity Candle Ceremony (candle not included). More complicated ceremonies
are
priced accordingly.

The Hollis Garden Special-$220 (includes tax):

This is our most popular package and includes the following:

Initial Telephone/Email Consultation and followups as needed (depending on the timing and circumstance, an in-person consultation may be scheduled .
Notary to officiate.
20 Digital Photos, fully retouched high resolution, supplied on a CD, with photo release written on the CD.
Ceremony At Hollis Garden, in Lakeland, Florida (this package is designed for relatively small groups, and does not guarantee the center area. To rent Hollis Garden, please contact the City of Lakeland...See link below.)
Post Wedding Filing of Documents with Circuit Court.
This package price is available for any similar ceremony within 10 miles of Hollis Garden

Please Note: The Hollis Garden Special is for couples wanting to have a simple ceremony. It includes just the officiating and professional photography. We assume that you have the "planning" taken care of.

The Elopement:

If you want just a Simple Ceremony, within 10 miles of Downtown Lakeland,
the "Elopement" is for you. Priced at just $110 (includes tax), you get:

Initial phone consultation and followups by phone or email, as needed.
Notary to officiate. Ceremony can include basic vows or your vows and other extra such as unity candle, sand ceremony, rose ceremony, etc. (you provide candles,sand or roses)
Post wedding filing of your marriage license, with the Circuit Court.
